COVID-19 RETURN/EXCHANGE UPDATE
Online order fulfillment is taking place off-site until our team is back on campus. Please reach out to us at email@example.com for assistance with your return or exchange during this time.
Most orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service, post office boxes included. Upon placing your order, you'll receive a tracking number within 4 business days.
Regarding shipping methods, please note that Priority Mail is not an expedited shipping method, your order will only be expedited if Priority Mail Express is chosen at checkout.
Orders shipped within the United States usually arrive within 2 - 8 business days.
International orders usually arrive within 7 - 14 business days, and delivery will be made by the destination country's postal service. Please note that we do not include customs and duties charged by the destination country in our shipping charges; those must be paid by the recipient.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Whether purchased online or in store, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange on merchandise returned within 30 days, as long as it arrives back to us in its original condition. We offer refunds in the form of original payment; shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please note that items lost or damaged during return shipping are the responsibility of the sender; we recommend insurance if returning items by mail. To help us process your return in a timely manner, please include either a copy of the receipt that you received via e-mail or the packing slip from your order.
